Aditya Varma is the Vice President-Defence Consulting.

Commander Varma is an Indian Navy Veteran and an ICT & Cyber Security Consultant, with 21+ years of Information Communication Technology, Cyber Security, Supply Chain Operations and HR Training Management experience. He is presently leading Strategic Programs for digital transition, innovation and transformation in Disruptive Technologies.

He has served as a catalyst for emerging disruptive technology trends, business models, and patterns that help solve complex technical business problems at scale such as Quantum Cryptography, Blockchain for Ops Supply Chain, IIoT, AR/VR, Big Data and AI/ML implementations. Cdr Varma has served in multiple Tech ICT leadership roles in Military Operations and Supply Chain Management and has served as the Chief ICT Officer for various mobile platforms. He is mentoring the next generation of IT Service Management and Network Security Operations of a Strategic Enterprise Class network. Prior to this, he led teams driving IT-OT convergence initiatives, auditing industry ICT best practices, and undertaking network risk assessment/ threat mitigation in the International Theatre.

A graduate of The National Defence Academy, Pune, he is a certified Project and Risk Management Professional, and has a double Master, in Science (Tele Com) From Cochin University of Science & Technology, Kerala; and in Business Administration (Leadership & Global Strategy) from Deakin University, Australia. Cdr Varma has been Commended by the Govt of India for exceptional service as a Senior Program Management Professional and transition specialist with demonstrated ability to achieve timely project closure resulting in high-profit yields. He is highly proficient with the latest evolving, disruptive technology and industrial best practices, that positively impact the bottom line. He is skilled in large-scale systems of systems integrations, innovatively, fusing hardware, software and niche rapidly evolving tech. On the personal front, he has two daughters, and he enjoys horse riding and a round of Golf, time permitting, on weekends.
