Job Summary:

The VP of Sales – Services will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for our services division. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the services market and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the services division
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the IT services industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
