Job Summary:
The VP of Sales – Services will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for our services division. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the services market and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the services division
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the IT services industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
